EATING HEALTHY


I've been having a lot of bad health problems, the worst one being gallstones, and so I've dedicated myself to having a very healthy diet. I'm going to be researching as much as I can and posting my findings. So far here's what I've got: Organic food has less toxins and more of their natural vitamins and minerals and are a lot healthier for us. So, I'm starting to eat as organic as I can, especially produce and animal products. Also I'm eliminating as much cholesterol (even eggs and butter) from my diet as I can. I'm also eating as vegetarian as I can (especially for my gallbladder). Gabe bought a juicer and has been juicing broccoli, beats and their greens, carrots and cucumbers for me. I'm trying to increase the amount of calcium in my diet and eat NO refined sugar or dairy, except occasional cheese and yogurt. I'll keep you updated!
